Confidentiality Agreement
In compliance with the Data Protection Act and DMA guidelines, we have various procedures in place to ensure total and continual confidentiality with regards the usage and safe storage of your data. After we have returned your data audit report, unless you instruct us otherwise or request any further procedures, we will hold your data for no longer than 7 days. After this timeframe all information will be permanently deleted. At no time is your data made available to any third party company, unless solely for the purposes of producing your audit, without your prior written consent.
